HOLIDAY SHIPPING
With the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), We are following the recommendations of the CDC, WHO and other leading health organizations around our warehouse operations, shipping and keeping our staff safe.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your products. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1-3 business days, but transit time can take up to 6 days, depending on your distance from Colorado. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, which are not covered in our shipping rates. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We've vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to alpacathreadz@gmail.com. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address for a second delivery attempt).
